欧洲冠军联赛_中国足彩网-【首页】国际交流合作工作委员会（英文名称：International Exchange and Cooperation Working Committee China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, CATCM）是面向中药行业、服务中药产业实体的国际合作平台和窗口。

经欧洲冠军联赛_中国足彩网-【首页】批准，中心于二零一五年七月在北京成立，是欧洲冠军联赛_中国足彩网-【首页】直属机构；同时接受国家中医药管理局国际合作司的业务指导。

Brief Introduction

International Exchange and Cooperation Working Committee, China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine is an international cooperation platform and window connecting Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) field and serving TCM industry entities.

Authorized by CATCM, the International Exchange and Cooperation Center was founded in July, 2015 in Beijing, directly subordinate to CATCM, meanwhile guided by the International Cooperation Department, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM) of the People’s Republic of China.

工作方针

遵照国家促进中医药事业发展政策、规划和相关法律、法规，贯彻实施“走出去”战略，开辟渠道，整合资源，搭建平台，为会员企业提供人才、信息、资金、技术、市场、贸易、科研等方面的支持和服务，向国际医药界宣传推介我国重要行业的特色、实力与成果，维护我国中药企业开展国际合作中的合法权益，大力推动中外企业间的交流合作。

Working Policy

Following the national policy, regulations and related laws of promoting the development of TCM industry, and implementing the “walk-out”strategy, this center aims to provide support and service on personnel, information, resources, technique, marketing, trading, scientific researches and so on and so forth for our member enterprises by exploring approaches, optimizing resources and building platforms. Furthermore, to popularize and propagate the characteristics, strength and achievements of Chinese significant industries to international medical field, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese TCM enterprises during international cooperations, and to vigorously promote exchanges and cooperations among international and domestic enterprises.

中心有一支经验丰富、熟悉政策、了解规则、经预谋划、善于协调、踏实做事的国际合作交流队伍。并将根据中药事业发展的需要，精准定位，改革创新，充实服务手段，完善服务功能，提升服务能力，为协会会员企业提供国际交流合作全方位支持与服务。

Team Work

This center has a first-class team in charge of international exchange and cooperation which is rich in experience, familiar with policies and regulations, excellent at planning, good at regulation and cautious in practice. Furthermore, depending on the needs and requirements of the development of TCM industry, this team will make an precise positioning and an innovate reform, to improve the serving strategy, complete the serving function, and ultimately to provide a full support and service of international exchanges and cooperations for the member enterprises.

主要业务

1. 围绕欧洲冠军联赛_中国足彩网-【首页】的职能和工作重点，开展国际交流与合作。

2. 组织实施与国外企业、科研单位、大学、社会团体、基金会及其他国外机构的国家交流与合作项目。

3. 组织（或会同相关机构），开展中医药界相关单位及有关人员赴国（境）外考察、培训、交流、项目合作、中药产品推介、医疗旅游联营推广、衔接国际中药贸易等活动。

4. 举办中医药行业国际展览和会议，并开展相关的技术交流、项目推广、宣传推介、业务咨询、信息服务等。

5. 与行业相关的金融与投融资服务，现代信息技术服务。

6. 涉外事务咨询、中医药产业项目咨询服务；代理企业产品海外注册、知识产权保护、专利申请等服务。

7. 宣传推广中医药国际标准。

8. 承办政府委托事务和欧洲冠军联赛_中国足彩网-【首页】交办的其他工作。

9. 开展支撑中心运营和发展的其他项目。

Primary Service

1. To conduct international exchanges and cooperations based on the function and working focus of CATCM.

2. To organized and implement national exchange and cooperation programs with international enterprises, scientific research organizations, universities, associations, foundations and other foreign institutes.

3. To organize or carry out projects including oversea investigations, trainings, communications, program cooperations, TCM products recommendations, medical tourism propaganda, international TCM trading connections and other activities for TCM-related organizations and personnels.

4. To host internal TCM exhibitions and conferences, meanwhile to develop related technology communications, program propaganda, advertisement, business consultation and information service and so forth.

5. To provide TCM-related financial and investment service and modern information technology service.

6. To provide foreign affair consultation, TCM industry program consultation; register industry products in international market as an agent, and to provide intellectual property protection (IPR) and patent application service.

7. To promote and propaganda TCM international Standards.

8. To undertake other work authorized by government and CATCM.

9. To develop other programs to support the operation and development of this center.
